We’re now seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Consultants (one part-time, one full-time) to join our team. If you’re motivated not just by numbers but by making a difference, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or student enrolments (education/training sector experience highly regarded).
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and disciplined with tracking activity.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to turn conversations into meaningful action.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
  • For part-time role: flexibility to manage 20 hours weekly with clear productivity targets.
  • For full-time role: availability to work 38 hours weekly, meeting both activity and revenue KPIs.

What we're looking for

Required

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify, engage, and convert both B2C (individual students) and B2B (corporate/institutional) leads. Focus on quality enrolments and closing deals aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Conduct strategic outreach via email, phone, direct messaging, social media, and other channels. Build trust-based relationships that convert to long-term partnerships.
  • Pipeline Management Generate: Nurture, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Schedule discovery calls, send proposals, and follow through to deal closure across both B2C and B2B segments.
  • CRM & Reporting: Track and manage all sales activity using the company’s CRM (e.g., HubSpot). Ensure accurate lead updates, prompt follow-ups, and documentation of key touchpoints. Submit monthly performance reports capturing key sales metrics, commissions earned, and self-reflections.
  • Collaboration & Accountability: Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Maintain strong communication with the wider team, contributing to a performance-driven culture.
